Sunday School

St. Stephen’Äôs congregation spreads the message of Jesus’Äô love to the children of the church and the community through the Sunday School and Vacation Bible School programs.

Children from nursery age of 3 1/2 years through grade eight are included in these programs.

Children are taught lessons, learn Bible passages from memory, work with crafts, and sing songs in preparation for worship service singing and their own special Christmas Service.

Sunday School classes are conducted each week from mid-September through mid-May. The material used for these courses is purchased from the Northwestern Publishing House.

These classes are taught by volunteers from the congregation who love children and desire to spread God's message of love to them. These teachers are assisted by young men and women of high school or eighth grade. These young assistants will someday be the teachers and pastors of our congregations.

If you are interested in sending your child/children to Sunday School, there is no need for registration. Just bring your child to the school a few minutes early so we can assist you in locating the appropriate classroom. Classes meet from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each Sunday morning. Please call James Brohn at 885-6484 if you would like more information regarding our Sunday School program.

Enrollment is free.

Shouldn't your children grow up knowing just who Jesus is?
